Role Description The Diploma Engineering Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Khed. The trainee will support manufacturing and mechanical engineering activities, including assisting in production line operations, monitoring equipment performance, and maintaining basic process documentation. Daily tasks may include collecting and analyzing operational data, supporting quality checks, and coordinating with supervisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow. The trainee will participate in ongoing training programs, follow safety and compliance guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and active participation in problem-solving discussions will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, peers, and cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify issues, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess Project Management abilities to assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating small engineering or process improvement tasks.
- Candidates should possess Manufacturing Engineering knowledge relevant to production processes, equipment, and factory operations.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering fundamentals, including understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and basic design or maintenance concepts.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment, follow safety procedures, and adapt to shift-based work if required.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn manufacturing software or systems.
- Proactive attitude, readiness to learn, and capability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
