Duties
You will develop, implement and execute quality assurance of all processes necessary to ensure that all physical security, AT/FP and mission assurance requirements are met for the RKB.,You will serve as the SME for all building security infrastructure and electronic security system projects, studies and evaluations using all applicable security standards and references.,You will modify, create and implement agency-specific security policy, make operational changes, to maintain or elevate the Complex’s security posture as required.,You will chair the AT/FP and Mission Assurance Committees; responsible for establishing policy and ensuring continuous threat analysis as it relates to the protection of the RKB Complex.,You will use a computer, a wide range of automated tools and techniques to perform security work plus administrative work (communicate, word process, record, calculate, prepare presentations, etc.).
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-12. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience executing a comprehensive range of general security administration and physical security principles, concepts and practices. Experience in electronic security system techniques, database administration, policy, and procedures which include a variety of alarm and detection devices; CCTV systems; locking devices, vaults, gates, and electronic badging systems. Experience in physical and electronic security program administration and project management including knowledge of operations and project management principles. Experience in executing Director of National Intelligence (DNI)-DoW-DON-other Federal or national security policies and directives to ensure effectiveness and compliance in physical security, electronic security, and Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) policy, planning and implementation. Experience Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP), Mission Assurance and related security programs to harden facilities and protect personnel.
