Duties
You will perform analytical oversight of acquisition and contract activities to ensure compliance with policies, accuracy of data, and alignment with program objectives.,You will coordinate with contracting officers, program managers, and contractors to support negotiations, resolve issues, and ensure efficient contract execution.,You will review and process contract actions, including modifications, invoices and funding documentation to ensure accuracy and proper authorization.,You will serve as a liaison across stakeholders to facilitate communiccation, maintain program timelines, and ensure requirements are fully addressed.,You will conduct market research and analyze industry trends, cost data, and logistics information to provide recommendations supporting program planning and decision making.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing analytical and regulatory oversight of acquisition and contract activities, including developing cost estimates, evaluating contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual and procedural requirements. 2) Coordinating and administering contracts, including negotiating terms, processing modifications, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and ensuring proper use and tracking of funds. 3) Serving as a liaison among contracting officers, program managers, and contractors to resolve issues, align requirements, and ensure timely execution of contract actions. 4) Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, logistics data, and cost factors to support decision-making forecasting, and program planning initiatives.
