Duties
You will fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Project Lead and/or a Contractor Officer's Representative (COR) on a variety of projects and contracts.,You will work with government stakeholders to generate and prioritize contract requirements.,You will work with finance and budget stakeholders to develop contract costs and identify budget allocations.,You will work with organizational stakeholders to develop, draft, and implement program management program acquisition documentation.,You will serve as a subject matter expert to offer recommendations, suggest courses of action, and to provide timely reports of project status.,You will review contract deliverables and lead contract negotiations in topics of cognizance.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying acquisition program management principles and processes to contract requirements analysis, acquisition strategies, acquisition program planning and program risk analysis; 2) Exploring emerging data management and infrastructure technologies and conducting tests to evaluate and incorporate advances into existing processes; 3) Presenting findings using complex fact finding and analytical problem-solving methods and techniques; 4) Planning, organizing, acquiring and directing contractor support services to achieve program mission objectives; 5) Leading work teams and working with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes; 6) Assisting with the management of allocated program budgets to include the Planning, Programming, Budgeting Execution (PPBE) process.
