Duties
You will formulate and implement information system/network infrastructure security strategy and consultation in support of government, private industry and related stakeholder participants system requirements.,You will serve as the conduit for complex problem solving of new services addressing changing business models that require the intricate integration of processes, technology and resources across the network infrastructure.,You will ensure effective design, preparation of specifications, acquisition and installation/ rollout of operation upgrades/modifications of system components supporting the network infrastructure.,You will facilitate and direct implementation of IA certification and accreditation test events and documentation of system body of evidence.,You will develop and test redundancy contingency plans to mitigate against occurrences and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility; 2) Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems; 3) Promoting awareness of security issues among management and ensuring security principles are reflected in organization's goals and visions; 4) Developing systems contingency plans and disaster recovery procedures; 5) Facilitating the gathering, analysis, and preservation of evidence used in the prosecution of computer crimes.
