Duties
You will collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate complex data from multiple sources in assessing the relevance and significance of developments.,You will prepare intelligence products including briefings, assessments and other analytic products for internal and external customers.,You will provide recommendations to high-level decision-makers regarding methods to mitigate risks to the Department of Navy (DON).,You will provide support to the DON CI Enterprise operators to enhance awareness of current and evolving technical intelligence threats,You will maintain liaison with counterpart analysts in other U.S. Intelligence Community organizations, law enforcement organizations, and military intelligence services.,You will serve as the command’s analytical representative at interagency and international meetings and conferences.,You will plan, implement, and maintain databases for intelligence assignments required to process all-source material and the production of technical or operational intelligence.,You will identify intelligence gaps, specify collection requirements to fill gaps, and develop analytical tools and methodologies to cope with the gaps.,You will ensure that intelligence data is properly classified, stored, and handled in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications
GG/GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing analytical tasks relative to cyber, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and/or criminal intelligence matters. GG/GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
