Duties
You will provide technical expertise and support for Signature Reduction (SR) of operations to protect NCIS personnel, assets, and operations from foreign intelligence threats.,You will provide ubiquitous technical surveillance (UTS) support, including recommendations on countering the deployment of surveillance technologies and techniques to monitor and counter foreign intelligence activities.,You will demonstrate proficiency in integrating technical requirements, training methodology, and identifying risk and vulnerabilities to enable support to various intelligence-related activities.,You will assist CI officers and Special Agents in planning and executing operations that require production from technical surveillance through signature reduction capabilities, and providing on-site technical support as needed.
Qualifications
GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying counterintelligence concepts and principles to support operations of a complex and sensitive nature; Coordinating operational activities and sharing information with other government or law enforcement agencies; Conducting complex studies of operational processes and recommending solutions; and Communicating complex and sensitive information to a variety of audiences. GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in the application of counterintelligence concepts to support operations; Helping to coordinate operational activities with other agencies; Assisting in conducting studies of operational processes; and Preparing written and oral reports to support mission activities.
