Duties
You will coordinate and support recruitment operations for special programs by managing candidate processing, scheduling, and communication across all phases.,You will issue and track authorizations, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with applicable travel policies and funding requirements.,You will develop, implement, and maintain administrative procedures, guidance, and internal program materials to support operational effectiveness.,You will serve as a liaison between program leadership, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and program goals.,You will analyze program requirements and provide recommendations to improve recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and overall program efficiency.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinating complex recruitment programs, including screening, selecting and supporting candidates through multiple phases such as assessment, training and onboarding. 2) Managing travel logistics and funding processes, including issuing travel orders, coordinating lodging/transportation, and ensuring compliance with government travel regulations. 3) Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and program guidance by interpreting regulatory requirements and aligning them with organizational objectives. 4) Serving as a liaison between leadership, program offices, and external stakeholders to coordinate recruitment actions, resolve issues, and ensure program timelines and requirements are met.
