Duties
Assist the Commander in developing an aggressive and comprehensive safety and occupational health management program, compatible with HQDA and Forces Command (FORSCOM) missions.,Formulate and prepare command safety policy and initiates the development of command supplements and regulations on safety and occupational health.,Serve as technical advisor and trusted member of the Commander's personal staff and conduct in-depth analysis of trends and other statistical data to identify specific safety problems.,Perform a full range of supervisory functions providing guidance, direction, supervision and program oversight.
Qualifications

Specialized experience: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Managing safety program and advise personal at organization about a variety of safety and occupational health subjects, issues, policies or procedures; developing safety regulations and operating procedures to meet laws, requirements, and policies; AND planning the work to be accomplished by subordinate personnel, set, and adjust short-term priorities, also prepare schedules for completion of work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13)
