Duties
Applies specialized Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) knowledge and expertise to perform highly complex and ambiguous assignments that normally require integration and synthesis of a number of related, unrelated disciplines and disparate concepts.,Serves as the recognized expert SIGINT exploitation analyst focused on collection results and fusing SIGINT with multi-discipline intelligence in direct support of the Command's mission and goals.,Coordinates SIGINT fusion and collaboration internally, with subordinate units, other Intelligence Community partners, and external commands as necessary.,Coordinates and monitors SIGINT derived products to ensure optimum multi-discipline integration, accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness.,Prepares required guidelines for the preparation of special reports to satisfy tactical information requirements by national level agencies; these reports can range from a one page summary to a detailed comprehensive study.,Uses logic, analysis, synthesis, creativity, judgment, and systematic approaches to gather, evaluate and integrate SIGINT and use multiple sources of information to inform decisions and outcomes.,Provides direct and frequent consultation to Command leadership and Distinguished Visitors on SIGINT and operational issues to include briefings and meeting and other oral communications.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GG/GS -12). Specialized experience is defined as: 1. Experience applying expert level of All-Source and SIGINT knowledge to highly complex intelligence problems which require synthesis of multiple disciplines to support intelligence and operational end states. AND 2. Experience applying policies and procedures to coordinate a multi-discipline Intelligence environment in areas such as Human Intelligence, Geospatial Intelligence, Measures and Signatures Intelligence, Technical Exploitation, and/or exploitation of Open Source lntelligence/Publically Available Information. AND 3. Experience building and managing teams to include planning projects, assessing organizational needs, forecasting staffing requirements, and/or recommending structural adjustments to ensure that highly qualified personnel are aligned with mission. Progressively responsible experience is that which has included intelligence-related research, analysis, collections and /or operations. This experience should have included intelligence analysis and/or production, intelligence collection and/or operations, counterintelligence, or threat support directly related to the position to be filled. This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data. This position requires a 2 year trial period during which the agency evaluates your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest. This is an Intelligence Career Field 35 position. Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest. This is a testing designated position. Personnel are required to sign DA Form 5019-R(Condition of Employment for Certain Civilian Positions Identified as critical under the Department of the Army Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program). Personnel must pass drug screening prior to hiring and will be subject to periodic and random drug testing, thereafter, in accordance with AR 600-85 and Department of Defense Directive2010.9. This position requires a pre-employment physical and thereafter prior to OCONUS travel over 30 days. Following initial adjudication of access, individual must be able to maintain qualifications for required access to perform temporary duty with other governmental agencies as directed. This position is designated as mission essential, consistent with the criteria described in DoD instruction (DoDI) 3024.42.
