Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
1) Sales Target Achievement
* Own monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets for Smartphones, Laptops, Tablets, Accessories, and other IT products.
* Ensure category-wise target achievement vs assigned goals.
* Drive conversion of walk-ins into sales.
* Monitor ASP (Average Selling Price), attachments, and premium product mix.
* Plan festive/event sales activities to maximize revenue.
* Track competitor offers and market trends.

* Target vs Achievement %
* Revenue Growth
* Conversion Rate
* Accessories Attachment %

2) Team Management & Sales Productivity
* Lead and manage sales executives/promoters within the department.
* Allocate daily targets to team members.
* Conduct morning briefings and product training sessions.
* Ensure staff grooming, attendance, and productivity.
* Motivate the team through incentives and performance tracking.

* Team attendance
* Training completion

3) Inventory Management
* Maintain optimum stock levels across all SKUs.
* Ensure fast-moving products are always available.
* Reduce dead stock and ageing inventory.
* Coordinate with warehouse/category teams for replenishment.
* Conduct stock audits and prevent shrinkage/loss.

* Ageing inventory

* Inventory turnover

* Ensure department cleanliness and proper display standards.
* Maintain demo units in working condition.
* Ensure price tags, branding, and promotional materials are updated.
* Monitor store ambiance and customer-ready presentation.

5) Customer Experience Management
* Ensure excellent customer interaction.
* Resolve customer complaints/escalations.

6) Operational Compliance
* Ensure billing process compliance.
* Maintain required reports and documentation.
* Ensure adherence to company SOPs.
* Coordinate with finance/logistics teams when required.

- 4–8 years of experience in retail/mobile/consumer electronics sales.
- Experience in smartphone brands would be preferred.
- Prior experience in team handling is a plus.
