Role Summary
Lead and manage a premium apparel department to drive sales, profitability, and excellent customer experience while ensuring smooth daily operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve sales and margin targets for the apparel department.
• Manage inventory, minimize stock loss, and control expenses.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Lead, train, and develop the department team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle customer feedback and improve department performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong leadership, communication, and retail management skills.
• Experience in premium or branded apparel retail with team supervision.
• Customer-centric approach and good analytical ability
• Experience of 2-3 years as a department manager or styling.
• Strong knowledge of trends and personal styling.
• Well-groomed and Excellent communication skills.
