Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager located in Surat. The Department Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team of associates, ensure optimal customer service, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, implementing promotional strategies, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. The manager will collaborate across departments for smooth operational execution and provide training and development for team members to achieve departmental goals.

- Team Leadership, Staff Training, and Performance Management
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Target Setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail or consumer electronics is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
