About the role

This on-site position may begin as a part-time role, with the goal of transitioning to full-time. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with an additional Saturday shift from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The role will be based at our new clinic opening Summer 2026, located at 1560 Pine Grove Rd, Suite C, Steamboat Springs. Hourly Pay: $21.00-$25.00 depending on experience and credentials. Schedule Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (half-hour lunch) Saturdays 7 am - 9 am (overtime pay after 40hrs) overtime 1.5 Administrative Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phones, forwarding calls to appropriate staff, and taking messages as needed. Creating New Patient Profiles, checking in patients daily Collecting patient fees, entering them accurately in Methasoft, and ensuring immediate safe deposit of payments. Maintaining appropriate boundaries in all contacts with patients. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and patient identities. Making copies of Intake forms, assembling charts, and ensuring a ready supply for admissions in Patient Handbooks. Checking Medicaid eligibility monthly and uploading verification into Methasoft. Ensuring an adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, maintaining office equipment, scheduling repairs whenever necessary, Occasionally involving light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force and/or lifting up to 20 pounds. Case Management MUST BE HAVE: CAT/CAS; or LAC/LCSW/LPC or have a Masters in Social Work/Behavioral Health responsibilities if qualified: Provides case management services to coordinate care with primary care doctors, other prescribing physicians, probation, parole, child/adult services, and other supporting services Maintain client records and other data as required by regulatory agencies promptly. Treatment Planning: Applies assessment, evaluation, and reassessment data to the formulation of treatment plans. Supports recovery principles by incorporating the individual's and their family's (when applicable) strengths, barriers, and needs into the plan components. Documents problem statements and treatment goals/objectives/discharge plans that are written in clear and understandable language and include clients' own words. Formulates measurable, achievable goals and objectives within the scope of treatment provided in collaboration with the client. Describes clinical modalities/interventions that are responsible and provided according to applicable protocols. Reassess treatment effectiveness and adapt treatment plan as needed in collaboration with the individual client and treatment team.
