Collect, clean, and analyze clickstream data to understand user behavior and improve website/app performance.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large datasets.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with marketing and channel operations teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify trends and patterns in user interactions to enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
Assist in A/B testing and data validation efforts to support business strategies.
Document findings and methodologies for future reference.
