Learn more at: https://www.dentsucreative.com/ https://www.dentsu.com/sg/en/careers Role Summary: Brand within Dentsu Internationa l: Dentsu Creative Job Title : Creative Supervisor - Copy Location : Richmond Road, Bengaluru Experience : From 3 to 6 years of digital copywriting experience in digital marketing agencies, integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience in copywriting from other industries will not be considered for this position ) Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to conceptualize and realize ideas through a comprehensive use of language and the written word. They have the ability to think in a holistic way about how an idea comes to life through all creative channels of a consumer experience. Develops language and copy in short form and long form to establish the tonality of ideas. They can act as a mentor to junior copywriters, interns of the team and encourage learning. Key Accountabilities Writes narratives, scripts and storyboards, annotations and treatments Expresses ideas with clarity; on brand; on message and targeted to audience Presents ideas to both the wider internal team and, occasionally, externally to clients with structure and parity Comprehends and understands brand continuity, brand guidelines and brand positioning Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems Contributes work to pitches Drives, defines and feeds back on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration Proactively identifies opportunities for creative work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors Executes creative concepts together with Art Director at the direction of the creative director. Mentor and guide junior copywriters and interns, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth. Professional Skills: Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter or similar role in an integrated marketing environment. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of content, such as website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copy. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable attention to detail. Proficiency in SEO techniques and the ability to incorporate keywords effectively into copy. Understanding of digital marketing principles and an awareness of the latest industry trends. Ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
