AEM Lead

In this role as AEM lead, they will act as lead developer, taking complete ownership of projects. They will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to enhance, support, and drive initiatives related to Dentsply Sirona's AEM on-prem and cloud e-commerce platform. They display strong mentoring and coaching skills, provide guidance to other team members, share technical knowledge, promote development best practices, and help elevate the skills of others. They will collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements, propose solutions, and contribute to optimizing development processes and release management. Key Responsibilities Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborates on features, and processes development and bridging any gaps as needed. Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment. Support the development of enhancements as needed to align with Ecommerce operations and roadmap. Be an impactful contributor to the team to plan, design, and build elegant solutions. Provide guidance and technical expertise to less experienced developers in resolving design problems. Assists with business validation testing on new capabilities and enhancements. Responsible for overall documentation management. Design, engineer, test, record and maintain code. Develop technical specifications to guide development efforts of other programmers. Collaborate with a cross-functional team including product and design to experiment and increase user engagement opportunities. Additional responsibilities as assigned.
