</div><div>Dental Lyfe Studio – Your Dental Home is seeking a motivated and patient-focused <strong>Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)</strong> to join our growing multi-specialty practice in Norco, CA.<br><br>
</div><div>In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical care while helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. You will play a key role in <strong>developing and strengthening our hygiene department</strong>, including perio program growth, patient retention, and clinical consistency.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>part-time opportunity</strong> ideal for someone who is clinically strong, efficient, and team-oriented. <strong>New graduates are encouraged to apply</strong>, with mentorship and support provided.<br><br>

<br>Responsibilities<br>• Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive clinical experience<br>• Review medical history and perform comprehensive oral health assessments<br>• Perform periodontal charting and diagnose/report periodontal conditions</div><div>• Provide comprehensive hygiene care including<strong> SRP, perio maintenance, debridement, and prophy<br></strong>• Remove plaque, calculus, and apply fluoride or other preventive treatments<br>• Take digital radiographs (BWX, FMX, CBCT/pano as needed)<br>• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment needs<br> • Assist doctors during exams, help communicate treatment recommendations, and help support <strong>case acceptance through patient education (not sales-driven, education-driven)</strong><br> • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in <strong>CareStack PMS</strong><br>• Follow infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA protocols<br><br>
</div><div>Clinical Expectations<br><br>
</div><div>• Maintain a schedule of approximately <strong>10-15 patients per day,</strong> depending on procedure type<br> • Identify and co-diagnose <strong>perio cases (SRP, maintenance)</strong> consistently<br> • Support growth of the <strong>hygiene/perio department and patient retention systems</strong><br> • Utilize or be willing to learn <strong>laser-assisted periodontal therapy (training provided if needed)</strong><br> • Assist in identifying restorative needs and communicating findings to the doctor<br> • Maintain strong time management and schedule efficiency<br> • Support <strong>development and growth of the hygiene department</strong>, including patient retention and perio program<br> • Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient patient flow<br><br>
</div><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><div> • Current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license<br> • CPR/BLS certification required<br> • Associate’s Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program (Bachelor’s preferred)<br> • <strong>New graduates welcome; mentorship provided</strong><br> • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail<br> • Ability to educate and communicate effectively with patients<br> • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment<br> • Experience with <strong>CareStack, Denticon, or similar PMS preferred</strong><br> • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic <strong><br></strong><br>
