Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Laboratory Technician role based at Accugen’s facility in Hyderabad. The Dental Laboratory Technician will fabricate, finish, and adjust dental restorations such as crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, implant-supported prostheses, and milled titanium bars using digital and conventional techniques. Responsibilities include interpreting dental prescriptions, working with CAD/CAM workflows, preparing and handling dental materials, operating laboratory equipment, and maintaining quality and accuracy in all restorations. The role involves collaborating with dentists and internal teams to clarify case details, meet aesthetic and functional requirements, and ensure timely delivery. Day-to-day tasks also include following safety and infection control protocols, documenting work accurately, and contributing to process improvements within the lab.
Qualifications
- Perform intraoral scanning at partner dental clinics using modern digital scanners, ensuring accurate digital impressions and proper case documentation.
- Fabricate and finish high-quality dental restorations including crowns, bridges, implant prostheses, veneers, and All-on-X restorations.
- Perform finishing, polishing, staining, glazing, and quality checks to ensure excellent fit, function, and esthetics.
- Work closely with the CAD/CAM team to ensure restorations meet design specifications.
- Follow laboratory protocols and maintain consistency across all cases.
- Collaborate with dentists and the internal team to resolve technical challenges and deliver predictable clinical outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while meeting production timelines.
