About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Dental Executive to make
outbound calls to dental doctors and healthcare institutions on behalf of Smotect
Azaadi. The ideal candidate has a dental educational background and can
communicate effectively with dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to dental clinics, doctors, and healthcare
institutions to introduce Smotect Azaadi products
• Build and maintain a database of dental professionals and institutions
• Clearly explain product benefits and answer queries in a professional
manner
• Follow up regularly with prospects to convert interest into partnerships
• Maintain daily calling records, reports, and feedback logs
• Coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly outreach targets
• Attend internal training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge

Required Qualifications
• BDS / Dental Diploma / Any dental-related course or certification from a
recognized institution
• Dental background – academic or family/professional exposure to the
dental field preferred
• Freshers welcome – no prior sales experience required
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Smart, confident, and professional phone manner
• Basic computer skills – Excel, WhatsApp, email
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Someone who understands dental terminology and can speak
confidently with dental professionals
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Candidates from dental college networks or with doctor family
backgrounds preferred
