Role Description
This full-time, on-site position based in kolkata calls for a Dental Device Sales Specialist to drive sales of our advanced aligner solutions. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with dental professionals, educating them on product features and benefits, coordinating product demonstrations, and meeting agreed sales targets. You will also be tasked with staying updated on industry trends, attending professional events, and contributing to the company’s strategic sales efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills with experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and account growth
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to effectively engage dental professionals
- Knowledge of dental products, orthodontic procedures, or healthcare industry trends
- Analytical and strategic thinking to identify sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
- 1-2 Years Experience in Dental Field Area
Compensation
- CTC : 3 LPA to 4 LPA + allowances +Incentives
