Role Description
The Dental Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Ark Dental Clinic.
This role includes managing front-desk and support staff, coordinating patient scheduling, supervising billing and collections, and ensuring efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.
The Dental Clinic Manager monitors inventory, assists with vendor coordination, and supports budgeting and cost-control activities.
The role also involves implementing clinic policies, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and infection-control standards, and maintaining compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
The manager will collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff, handle patient inquiries and feedback, and support staff training, performance reviews, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient experience, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in budgeting and basic financial management, including cost tracking and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff.
- Exposure to healthcare or dental medicine environments, with an understanding of clinical workflows, sterilization, and regulatory standards.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and team development to support a high-performing clinic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Previous experience in dental or medical practice management or front-office leadership is highly desirable.
