Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Dental Billing Specialist. The role involves managing billing processes, generating accurate invoices, handling client-specific billing, ensuring timely account reconciliation, and maintaining financial records. The specialist will work closely with clients to understand their billing requirements and provide ongoing support to resolve discrepancies. Responsibilities also include communication with clients, payers, and team members to ensure streamlined operations and accuracy in the billing cycle.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process and Client Billing
- Experience in generating and verifying Invoicing and managing financial records
- Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Understanding of Accounting principles and practices relevant to billing
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle data accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with dental or medical billing processes is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as billing or accounting systems
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
