Role Description The Dental Assistant role at EduRussia Education P. Ltd. is an on-site position based in Germany. The Dental Assistant will support dental practitioners with chairside assistance, including preparing treatment rooms, organizing instruments, and assisting during examinations and procedures. Daily tasks include sterilizing equipment, maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and helping with patient intake and post-treatment instructions. The role also involves ensuring a hygienic and safe clinical environment, managing dental supplies, and collaborating with the dental team to promote efficient patient flow. The Dental Assistant will interact respectfully with patients of diverse backgrounds, providing clear communication and compassionate support throughout their visits.
Qualifications
- Practical dental care skills, including chairside assistance, instrument handling, and basic knowledge of dental procedures.
- Competence in infection control, sterilization techniques, and maintaining clinical hygiene and safety standards.
- Administrative abilities such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and basic computer literacy for practice management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team.
- Formal training or certification as a Dental Assistant; additional relevant healthcare or dental qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Germany, with language skills in English and/or German considered beneficial.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to patient-centered care in a multicultural environment.
