Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Accounts Receivable Caller based in Mambalam. Responsibilities include contacting insurance companies to resolve unpaid claims, verifying patient coverage, initiating appeals for denied claims, and documenting all activities related to claims processing. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for claim follow-ups, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate and timely resolutions to enhance cash flow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in dental billing processes, claims submission, and handling insurance follow-ups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional interaction with clients and insurance representatives
- Data verification and attention to detail for managing claim discrepancies and appeals
- Experience in working with practice management systems like MedClarity PM or similar software
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Good analytical skills to assess claim-related issues and implement solutions
- Prior experience in dental or healthcare billing and revenue cycle management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare or billing field
