The 2nd shift Maintenance Team Leader will lead and supervise maintenance associates as well as provide technical troubleshooting skills to identify maintenance issues and develop solutions. They will also provide technical leadership and training to maintenance associates. This position requires a strong maintenance background with verifiable, hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience within an industrial environment. Leadership experience, robotics, pneumatics/hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting knowledge are strongly desired. This position requires the person to be a self-starter with a motivation to lead and develop a maintenance team that is capable of improving the overall reliability and health of the plant.
***Range 75,000.00 to 85,000.00 per year.

Position Overview

Required qualifications

- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum of 2 years leading teams in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and presentation skills

- Ability to coordinate and monitor a high level of activity under a variety of conditions
