You will also organize outsourced calibrations and in-house visits for specialty production machines, while maintaining calibration schedules and participating in external audits annually.

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $69,000
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough calibration of measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date gauge documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain a robust quality control system, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop and improve measurement processes.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to DENSO's safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Expertise in calibration techniques and an understanding of measurement instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations is preferred.
