The Pre Sales Manager must be able to articulate the company’s technology and solutions, positioning it to both business and technical users. Primarily engaged in a presales technical consultancy role, the consultant will provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements, prior to designing a solution, consulting with technical teams about capabilities, and supporting sales teams and account managers on proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of dEngage's solution.
  • Attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.
  • Develop and deliver high quality demonstrations that position dEngage products as the best solution to our prospective clients.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
  • Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
  • Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales field with at least 2 years in pre-sales position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Superb presentation skills, well-organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent command of English, Spanish or Portugese
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions
