Built by an international founder who’s been through the journey firsthand, we're working to enhance our community-driven features to better connect our users with opportunities and each other.
We're looking for a scrappy, user-obsessed Product Manager to execute our roadmap and ship new features that bring our community to life — from speed networking to private groups, live mentorship, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate directly with the founder to define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Design and launch features that drive connection, engagement, and retention
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to inform product direction (surveys, calls, analytics)
- Work closely with design and engineering to ship quality releases fast
- Own KPIs related to community engagement, feature usage, and retention
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally at a social, edtech, or community-first startup
- Proven experience building 0-to-1 features or improving community engagement
- Strong instincts for user experience, with a bias toward simplicity and speed
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Mixpanel, and Notion is a plus
- Startup mindset: comfortable wearing many hats and moving quickly
