Role Description The Demonstrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sikar. The Demonstrator will assist faculty in delivering practical demonstrations, guiding learners through laboratory procedures, and ensuring safe, accurate use of equipment. Responsibilities include preparing lab materials, supporting practical classes, clarifying concepts during demonstrations, and maintaining records of attendance and performance. The role also involves monitoring compliance with safety protocols, helping organize academic activities, and collaborating with teaching staff to improve learners’ practical skills.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in relevant paramedical or healthcare disciplines and ability to demonstrate practical procedures clearly and accurately.
- Ability to guide learners during laboratory sessions, supervise hands-on practice, and enforce safety and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to explain concepts, respond to questions, and support diverse groups of learners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to prepare materials, manage lab schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant paramedical, allied health, or medical science field from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in teaching, laboratory assistance, or clinical demonstration is preferred but not mandatory.
