Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Indian Curry, to be based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The role requires handling the preparation of high-quality Indian curry dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes, managing kitchen staff under your supervision, and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards. The candidate will also assist in creating and modifying recipes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining the restaurant’s high standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing various Indian curry dishes with traditional recipes and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of proper use of kitchen equipment, ingredient storage, and safe food handling practices.
- Skills in time management, multitasking, and efficient kitchen workflow coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and effectively supervise staff.
- Creativity in recipe development and a strong commitment to quality and presentation.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications and prior experience in Indian cuisine are preferred.
- Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in a dynamic and expanding food enterprise.
