Role Description
The SoundtrackCafe™ is seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a full-time team member based on-site in Pune Division, you will assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation, assist in menu planning, maintain proper inventory control, and adhere to health and safety guidelines. Engaging in kitchen operations, you will help deliver a unique dining experience that complements the café’s ethos of creativity and originality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and attention to detail in plating and presentation
- Skills in maintaining kitchen hygiene and familiarity with food safety standards
- Team collaboration, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic kitchen setting
- Strong understanding of culinary trends, innovative skills, and a spirit of experimentation
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering consistent results
- Formal culinary education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or café is highly desirable
- A passion for crafting exceptional food and contributing to a creative, community-driven environment
