👨🍳 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced DCDP – Continental to join our cloud kitchen operations and handle Continental food preparation and production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare Continental dishes as per standard recipes and quality requirements.
• Handle food preparation, cooking, portioning & presentation.
• Manage daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality & presentation.
• Ensure proper food hygiene, storage & safety standards.
• Coordinate with Commis and kitchen team for smooth operations.
• Support the Chef/Sous Chef in daily food production.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders and minimize food wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Guide and support junior kitchen staff when required.
⏰ Working Hours:
• 10-hour shift + 1-hour break
• Morning: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Evening: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Important Requirements:
✅ Relevant experience in Continental cuisine
✅ Comfortable working in a Cloud Kitchen environment
✅ Available for a trial
