Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Demi Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Anjuna, located on-site in Panaji. The role involves assisting in daily kitchen operations, preparing and presenting quality dishes, supporting Chef De Partie in meal preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The Demi Chef De Partie will contribute to ensuring high culinary standards and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques for a variety of cuisines.
- Ability to support menu development and maintain consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Knowledge of hygiene protocols, food safety regulations, and kitchen equipment operations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills to work effectively in a professional kitchen environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace under high-pressure conditions.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine-dining restaurant is preferred.
- Culinary certification or relevant training in the hospitality industry is a plus.
