Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Demat Opening – Marathi position. The role involves guiding clients through the Demat and trading account opening process, explaining forms and procedures clearly in Marathi, and verifying documentation for completeness and accuracy. The team member will respond to client queries, provide basic information about products and services, and support customers in understanding account features and compliance requirements. The role also includes maintaining detailed records, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and ensuring a professional, client-centric experience at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Marathi, with the ability to explain financial and procedural information clearly and patiently.
- Basic understanding of Demat accounts, trading accounts, and stock market concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling forms, documentation, and data entry.
- Customer service mindset, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to manage client expectations.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software; experience with financial or onboarding platforms is an advantage.
- Prior experience in brokerage, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an added benefit.
