e3 Diagnostics is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the regional office in Arlington Heights IL. The Data Entry Specialist supports various departments by maintaining and enriching data to ensure accurate records. This role involves daily collaboration with managers and teams to recommend and implement methods for improving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely data support across multiple departments (e.g., IT, Marketing, Service, Master Data, Customer Service) to ensure consistency and integrity of business information.
- Perform high-volume data entry and validation using multiple spreadsheets and business systems simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage territories via the Master Zip Code file, ensuring accurate enrichment in business systems (NAV and Salesforce) for:
- Account Owners, Account Teams, Preferred Resources, and Contact Owners.
- Update and maintain records in business systems during employee onboarding and offboarding, with a focus on:
- Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases, and Work Orders.
- Maintain product master data, including:
- Part number requests, item enrichment, pricing updates, and Price Book management.
- Enrich eCommerce account data within business system.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent processes and compliance with organizational standards.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Effective time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with heavy data/file management.
Travel:
- This position is subject to travel up to 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
