Hunt and close deals with mid-market tech companies across North America and EMEA, selling our AI-driven key account management platform directly to VP-level Sales Leaders. THE PRACTICAL DETAILS Base Salary INR 20-30 LPA Commission Structure 65/35 split with uncapped earnings and accelerators Average Deal Size $25-50K Quota Quarterly targets Hours Remote position (tuned to East Coast US timings) COMPANY & TEAM CONTEXT DemandFarm is an AI-driven B2B SaaS company building agentic sales tech products to help enterprises unlock the full revenue potential of their top 20% accounts (key accounts). We're a bootstrapped leader in the Key Account Management and Account Based Selling space in the US and Europe, now expanding with our fully remote team based in India. You'll join a small team (under 5 people) reporting to the VP of Sales. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Run the complete 60-90 day sales cycle from discovery to close Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools Deliver compelling demos and presentations to secure long-term agreements Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success teams HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED We'll evaluate your performance based on: Opportunities created Building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Pipeline generated Developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline Deals closed Successfully converting opportunities into customers Revenue attainment Meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets REAL CHALLENGES OF THE ROLE US Market selling isn't the same as Indian selling Market knowledge and working with Sales Architect is important Remote work demands time management and self-discipline
