Job details:
At Swish, we’re reimagining food delivery by combining speed, freshness, and consistency. Our platform delivers high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages in under 10 minutes, turning everyday eating into a seamless experience. We recently raised a $38M Series B to accelerate our expansion across multiple cities, invest in kitchen infrastructure, and strengthen our supply chain. We’re building a fast-growing, high-ownership company focused on redefining how India eats every day.
We are looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Demand Planning Associate to join a lean, high-impact team managing end-to-end inventory planning across our cloud kitchen network. This role spans three core areas: owning and executing the day-to-day demand planning cycle, coordinating closely with supply chain and kitchen teams to resolve on-ground issues, and driving strategic initiatives that improve how we plan, scale, and operate.
What You'll Do
- Own demand planning and daily replenishment for assigned item categories — projecting requirements, managing inventory, and uploading internal orders to our inventory management system everyday.
- Coordinate with supply chain and kitchen teams to keep BAU operations running — resolving blockers, managing exceptions, and ensuring availability targets are met across locations
- Support new product launches end-to-end: estimating raw material needs, coordinating procurement, and integrating new SKUs into live projections
- Contribute to city and store expansion as we scale — replicating the demand planning stack for new locations
- Track availability and wastage metrics, conduct RCAs when targets are missed, and drive resolution with the relevant teams
- Identify inefficiencies in planning and replenishment processes and drive automation initiatives to reduce manual touch points over time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years in demand planning, supply chain, or a related operations/analytical role
- Data Skills: Strong comfort with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar. Ability to work with numbers independently and draw clear, actionable insights
- Problem Solving: Structured thinker who can break down problems, identify root causes, and approach solutions logically
- Ownership & Execution: High sense of ownership with the ability to coordinate across teams, manage dependencies, and follow through without needing constant supervision
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with supply chain, kitchen, and cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly
- AI Leverage: Actively uses AI tools to improve personal productivity and create meaningful leverage for the team and business
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to food-tech, quick commerce, or restaurant/kitchen operations
- Experience with inventory management tools or ERP
- systemsComfort with Python or any scripting language for data workflows
