About You

You’re a writer-first, conversion-obsessed marketer who loves shipping copy, testing ideas, and optimizing for results. You’re energized by high-volume execution and see AI as a force multiplier—not a shortcut. You enjoy rapid iteration, performance feedback, and using data to sharpen your instincts. You care deeply about clarity, persuasion, and calls-to-action, and you’re motivated by seeing your writing directly influence pipeline and revenue. You’re comfortable moving fast, experimenting often, and refining your work until it converts.

You Will

Demand Generation & Conversion-Focused Copy

• Write and iterate high volumes of short-form, conversion-focused copy across emails, landing pages, ads, webinars, events, and outbound sales sequences.
• Rapidly test messaging angles, hooks, subject lines, and CTAs to improve conversion throughout the funnel.
  
  

Email Writing & Optimization

• Write marketing email copy, including subject lines, preview text, body copy, and calls-to-action.
• Produce multiple email variations to support testing and continuous improvement.
• Partner with design and marketing operations to execute campaigns within established templates and workflows.
  
  

Landing Page & Blog Content

• Write clear, conversion-focused landing page copy supporting demand generation campaigns.
• Create and edit blog content that supports demand gen, SEO and LLM discovery, campaign initiatives, and product launches.
• Optimize headlines, structure, body copy, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion.
  
  

Experimentation, Iteration, & Performance Insights

• Be obsessed with performance data, using metrics to understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve.
• Participate in ongoing A/B testing of subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs, and landing page copy, iterating quickly based on results.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate experimentation, versioning, and continuous optimization of copy.

You Have

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, marketing writing, demand generation or content role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Expertise in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Brevo, etc…)
• Passion for conversion-focused writing and editing across emails, landing pages, ads, and blogs.
• Comfortable producing (writing and reviewing) high volumes of short-form copy on tight timelines.
• Strong instinct for hooks, clarity, and persuasive calls-to-action.
• Data-aware mindset with curiosity around performance and improvement.
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field
• Experience in B2B MarTech, real estate, or SaaS environments.
