We're at 55 clinics across India, scaling to 200+, with a small team that punches far above its weight. We don't hire linearly. We build systems, leverage AI, and give individuals exponential scope. One person here does what a team of five does elsewhere.
The role:
You own growth as one system. Not one channel. The whole engine across paid, organic, marketplace, chatbot, and inbound. You see the full picture, identify where the growth is stuck, and work with channel owners and city teams to fix it. You're the interface between marketing and the business. When growth in a city isn't working, you're the one who diagnoses it and gets it moving.
This is not a channel execution role. You don't run Google Ads or manage Meta campaigns. You sit above the channels and make the whole system work together: setting targets, allocating resources, coordinating launches, running diagnostics, and making sure every lead that should become a consultation does.
What you'll do:
- See demand across all channels as one system. Diagnose where it's working and where it's not.
- Work with channel owners to set targets and chase them. Hold them accountable.
- Own the playbook for launching demand in new clinics and new categories.
- Own spend allocation across channels. Know where the next dollar of growth comes from.
- Work with clinic and city teams on demand-level problems. You're who they call.
- Run experiments across channels. Prioritize the ones with the highest expected return.
- Present growth state to leadership with data, insight, and a plan.
What this becomes:
This role is the seed of leading all of marketing at Allo. As the company scales, the Demand PM's scope grows with it. You start by making the engine work. You grow into shaping how the engine evolves. The systems and AI tools you build compound your impact far beyond what any single person could do manually.
Who this is for:
- You've been in growth roles in various capacities: founder's office, growth lead, demand manager, growth PM. The title doesn't matter. The pattern does: you've owned growth metrics end-to-end and moved them.
- You have strong strategic thinking and strong project management. You can see the big picture and keep the details on track at the same time.
- You don't need to be a channel expert. You need to know how channels fit into a system and how to get the best out of channel specialists.
- You're data-first. You live in dashboards and make decisions from numbers, not gut.
- You use AI daily. Not as a novelty. As a tool that changes how you work.
