Demand Generation Specialist / Executive will drive brand awareness campaigns and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach—primarily tele-calling, email communication and using social media platforms.
Key responsibilities include market analysis for identifying potential industry verticals and maintaining CRM data to build robust and accurate lead bank.
Location : On-site Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional content creation: Creating effective scripts for tele-calling, drafting impressive email templates and short social media content.
- Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand industry trends, identify new segments, and refine targeting strategies.
- Aggressive Lead Generation & Basic qualification: Analysing market’s potential and executing cold calling to diverse industry verticals for promoting NComputing’s benefits and value. Identifying new business opportunities and qualifying to ensure they are a good fit for sales engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Maintaining, updating, and nurturing lead data within CRM systems to support the sales funnel.
- Meeting Targets & Reporting: Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets (e.g., number of calls, qualified leads generated, online appointments for brand value presentations).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tools: Proficient with MS Office, PowerPoint presentations, Organising Online MS Teams meeting, knowledge of CRM software and social media marketing tools.
- Character: Highly motivated, goal setter, self-driven and excellent team skills
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or sales roles
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in B. Com or B.B.A relevant field (e.g.- Marketing).
