About the Role
BuzzClan is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who knows how to build a pipeline - not just traffic. This is a full-funnel role: you'll own everything from brand awareness to qualified lead handoff, using whatever mix of inbound, outbound, organic, and content-led tactics actually works.
We serve enterprise and public sector clients across the US. Our deals are relationship-driven and complex. That means your job isn't to run generic campaigns - it's to get the right message in front of the right buyers at the right time, and make it stick.
If you've built demand programs in B2B technology, IT services, or SaaS - and you're comfortable going from strategy to execution without someone holding your hand - this role was written for you.
What You'll Do
- Own the demand generation pipeline: set targets, build programs, and be accountable for lead quality and volume.
- Run multi-channel campaigns across SEO, LinkedIn, email, content syndication, and outbound sequences - with a bias toward what converts, not what looks good on a slide.
- Develop outbound plays tied to intent signals, account lists, and sales priorities. Work closely with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and follow-up timing.
- Build and optimize landing pages, email nurture flows, and campaign assets that move buyers through the funnel.
- Drive SEO execution: conduct keyword research, develop content briefs, optimize on-page, and track rankings for high-intent terms across our core service lines.
- Manage campaign analytics across GA4, SEMrush, and Google Search Console. Report on what's working, cut what isn't, and iterate fast.
- Partner with leadership on GTM strategy for new service launches, events, and partner initiatives (including Atlassian, Microsoft, and AI product lines).
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B campaign management - preferably in tech services, SaaS, or IT consulting.
- Proven pipeline results: You can point to specific programs you ran and the numbers they produced.
- Strong SEO fundamentals - keyword research, search intent mapping, on-page basics, and an understanding of how content structure affects rankings.
- LinkedIn marketing experience that goes beyond posting: organic growth, audience building, and engagement strategies that actually generate leads.
- Comfortable with outbound: you understand sequencing, personalization, and how to use intent data to prioritize accounts.
- Analytical and direct: you use data to make decisions, not to generate reports nobody reads.
- Basic writing hygiene - you don't need to write everything, but you need to know when copy is off-brand, unclear, or unconvincing.
- Self-directed and resourceful. This is not a role with a large team underneath it. You'll need to execute as much as you strategize.
Bonus Points
- Experience marketing to public sector, SLED, or enterprise IT buyers.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar outbound/CRM stacks.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content production and research acceleration.
- Experience supporting partner or reseller GTM programs.
