Role Description The Demand Generation Specialist internship is an on-site role based in Pune City. The intern will assist in planning and executing demand generation campaigns, focusing on attracting and nurturing qualified leads across multiple channels. Day-to-day tasks include supporting lead generation activities, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize funnel performance. The role also involves using marketing automation tools under guidance, maintaining accurate data in CRM or related systems, and contributing to new ideas for improving campaign outcomes. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in demand generation within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Sales to support pipeline growth and conversion efforts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics to interpret data, monitor key metrics, and inform campaign decisions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and convey campaign insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and CRM platforms to assist in executing and tracking campaigns.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with data.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Curiosity to learn, willingness to take initiative, and interest in performance-driven marketing and demand generation.
