This role focuses on B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO-led Pipeline Growth, and Marketing Automation. You will own end-to-end demand creation across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels while managing the SEO/AEO team.
Key Responsibility:
- Build and execute B2B SaaS Demand Generation Strategy aligned with revenue targets.
- Own Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), and Pipeline Growth targets.
- Plan and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Search, Paid Social).
- Drive Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO-led Demand Generation.
- Lead and manage the SEO & AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) team to improve:
- Organic Traffic Growth
- AI Search Visibility (Generative Search, Featured Snippets)
- Technical SEO & On-Page Optimization
- Keyword Strategy & Content Clusters
- Implement Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing workflows (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho CRM).
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value B2B accounts.
- Optimize Landing Pages, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Funnel Performance.
- Monitor and improve CPL, CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, Attribution Models, and Revenue Attribution.
- Collaborate with Sales on ICP definition, Buyer Persona targeting, and Revenue Operations alignment.
- Scale Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives including free trials, demo flows, and activation funnels.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- 4 years experience in Demand Generation (B2B SaaS)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Paid Media Buying, Campaign Optimization
- Proven experience in SEO Strategy, Technical SEO, Content SEO, AEO
- Experience managing SEO teams or Organic Growth teams
- Hands-on with CRM, Marketing Automation, Lead Scoring, Email Marketing
- Deep understanding of Funnel Metrics, Attribution, and Revenue Marketing
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical & reporting skills.
