Key Accountabilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, outbound) aligned to business priorities across regions and product lines, managing end-to-end execution from data mining and targeting to conversion.
- Drive end-to-end lead generation across top-, mid-, and bottom-funnel through inbound and outbound efforts, including cold outreach (calls and emails) to engage target accounts, qualify leads, and ensure seamless handover to sales.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, workflows, and lead tracking in HubSpot, including building and optimizing email journeys, forms, landing pages, and lead scoring models; ensure data hygiene and accurate CRM reporting, while leveraging tools like ZoomInfo and Seamless to build high-quality databases.
- Collaborate closely with Sales/MU, BD, and PU teams to align on target accounts and personas, track lead-to-opportunity conversion with timely follow-ups, and support SDR/BDR teams with messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) to optimize for better ROI, while providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Inside Sales
- Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot for campaign execution, automation, and lead management
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound lead generation
- Proven ability to work towards and consistently achieve monthly targets
- Experience collaborating with partners and vendors to plan and execute campaigns
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification processes
- Hands-on experience managing, tracking, and reporting on email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS / Telecom / Martech / CPaaS / Enterprise tech
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, Hubspot, Zoho
- Exposure to global campaigns (US, Europe, MEA, APAC)
- Experience working with marketing operation tasks and working with external lead generation agencies
