Role Overview
We are looking for a Demand Generation & ABM Specialist to drive marketing programs that generate pipeline and support revenue growth.
This role owns the execution of webinars, events, email campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives.
The position works closely with Sales and Inside Sales teams to coordinate campaigns, manage leads, and ensure effective follow-up.
The role is responsible for ensuring marketing activities translate into measurable pipeline impact.
Experience
5–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the webinar and event marketing calendar.
- Coordinate event execution, promotion, and follow-up.
- Work with internal experts to develop event topics and agendas.
- Capture and manage leads generated from marketing programs.
- Identify target accounts with Sales leadership and execute ABM campaigns.
- Coordinate outreach initiatives with Sales and Inside Sales teams.
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns and nurture flows.
- Ensure proper lead routing and follow-up between Marketing and Sales.
- Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
- Provide clear reporting on campaign outcomes and marketing impact.
