Role Description
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound demand generation for the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting, and understands how to engage US-based decision-makers.
You will work directly with the founder to build and execute a structured outbound system, targeting companies actively looking to improve their CRM/ERP operations.
👉 This is NOT a strategy-only role.
👉 This is a daily execution + pipeline generation role.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and target US-based SMB companies (10–200 employees)
- Build prospect lists based on:
- hiring signals (CRM / Sales Ops / ERP roles)
- company growth indicators
- Use tools like Apollo.io and CRM systems for lead generation
🔹 Multi-Channel Outreach
- Execute daily outbound campaigns:
- cold emails (primary channel)
- LinkedIn outreach (support channel)
- Write short, personalized, problem-aware messages
- Run structured follow-up sequences
🔹 Meeting Booking & Pipeline Creation
- Engage decision-makers (Founders, Heads of Sales, Operations)
- Qualify prospects based on business need and readiness
- Schedule discovery calls and demos
- Maintain a consistent flow of qualified meetings
🔹 CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho CRM or similar)
- Track outreach metrics:
- emails sent
- replies
- meetings booked
- Ensure data quality and pipeline hygiene
🔹 Continuous Optimization
- Test and improve messaging based on response rates
- Provide feedback on targeting and campaigns
- Work closely with the founder to refine outbound strategy
✅ Required Experience
- 1–3 years experience in SDR / BDR / outbound sales
- Proven experience targeting US market
- Strong experience in:
- cold emailing
- LinkedIn prospecting
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Apollo.io
- CRM platforms (Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to write clear, concise, non-salesy outreach messages
- Strong discipline and consistency in daily execution
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling services to US companies (outsourcing / SaaS / consulting)
- Experience targeting CRM / ERP / Sales Ops roles
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Exposure to Zoho / CRM / ERP ecosystems (good to have)
