Empire Coach Line is a Florida-based charter and shuttle transportation company headquartered in Orlando. We operate a modern fleet serving corporate groups, hotels, universities, sports teams, conventions, and event transportation throughout Florida and beyond.
As we continue to grow, we are building a stronger sales and marketing engine to support new opportunities in charter transportation, corporate shuttle programs, hotel transportation, tour operators, and large event logistics.
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager who can help us generate qualified opportunities and build structured lead generation initiatives targeting the U.S. market.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role focused on building and executing demand generation initiatives that produce real sales opportunities.
You will help drive lead generation through a combination of digital campaigns, targeted outreach, audience research, landing page strategies, and campaign experimentation.
We are not looking for someone focused on social media posting or brand-only marketing. This role is focused on generating leads and supporting revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage demand generation campaigns targeting the U.S. market
• Generate qualified leads for charter transportation, corporate transportation, hotel shuttle programs, and event transportation opportunities
• Support geo-targeted marketing campaigns and niche landing page strategies
• Identify target segments such as hotels, tour operators, corporate travel managers, and event planners
• Build and test outbound and inbound marketing initiatives
• Work closely with sales operations to improve lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and conversion insights
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve lead generation strategies
• Identify new markets, segments, and opportunities to generate demand
Requirements
• Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing
• Experience supporting campaigns targeting the U.S. market
• Strong understanding of how marketing supports sales pipelines
• Ability to work independently and execute initiatives without constant direction
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Comfortable working with remote teams
Preferred Experience
• B2B marketing experience
• Experience generating leads for service-based businesses
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline tracking
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach tools, or landing page testing
• Experience in hospitality, transportation, logistics, travel, or events industries is a plus
Compensation
• $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month
• Full-time remote role
