About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified pipeline for our Advisory and Operational Optimization services and solutions around Data, AI and tailored ERP adoption targeting mid-market companies in the United States, UK, Europe and Canada across AEC, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors.
This role focuses on building targeted marketing programs that generate discovery meetings with senior executives including CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Operations Leaders.
The ideal candidate understands B2B consulting marketing and knows how to convert thought leadership, digital content, and outbound campaigns into high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute demand generation campaigns targeting US/UK mid-market companies ($50M–$500M revenue)
* Build and manage outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and marketing automation platforms
* Create targeted messaging around operational efficiency, consulting advisory, and digital transformation
* Work closely with leadership to develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, industry reports, webinars, and case studies
* Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns and nurture prospects into discovery meetings
* Build landing pages and marketing funnels to capture qualified leads and work on SEO
* Track campaign performance, lead conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution
* Collaborate with sales leadership to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and messaging
* Manage marketing technology stack including CRM, email platforms, and analytics tools
Key Marketing Focus Areas
* Demand generation for adoption and consultative selling approach for blueprint creation exercise
* Lead generation for operational transformation consulting
* Thought leadership marketing in AEC, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors
* Webinar and industry insight campaigns
* Executive-level outreach and lead nurturing
Required Skills & Experience
* 4–8 years experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
* Experience marketing consulting services, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology solutions
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn outbound campaigns and email marketing
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
* Ability to create marketing funnels that convert prospects into discovery meetings
* Strong content strategy and messaging development skills
* Experience targeting US or global enterprise markets preferred

* Number of qualified discovery meetings generated per month
* Pipeline value generated from marketing campaigns
* Conversion rate from campaign outreach to meetings
* Growth in targeted industry engagement and inbound leads
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6 months, the Demand Generation Manager will help build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities by executing targeted outreach campaigns and thought leadership initiatives across our key industries.

Expected Salary Range: INR 10L to 14L with added performance incentives on deal closures (1% on revenue on every lead progressed to a becoming a client)
