Job Description:
Vereigen Media is seeking experienced Demand/Lead Generation Executives to join our team in the B2B industry. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in dialing for BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and appointment generation campaigns. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in outbound calling environments are essential. Candidates must be able to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, and must be immediate joiners.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects to qualify leads and generate appointments.
Identify decision-makers within target organizations and gather key information to assess their buying potential.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover their business challenges and needs.
Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with our offerings.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in demand/lead generation, preferably in the B2B industry.
Proven track record of success in dialing for BANT and appointment generation campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to qualify leads effectively.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Immediate joiner preferred.
